George Craig Fulcher, 58, of 1511 Emerald Lake Circle, Apt. 104, Elizabeth City, NC 27909, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at his home with his mother and family by his side.  Born in Norfolk, VA, he was the son of Donna Warren Fulcher and the late George Searl Fulcher.  Craig lived a full life devoted to his love of the outdoors, classic cars, woodcarving with his father, and the time he spent serving with the National Guard and the Forestry Service.  He most enjoyed the time he spent with family, especially all of his nieces and nephews who never failed to make him laugh.  He loved them dearly.

Along with his mother, Craig is survived by three sisters, Deanna F. Padgett and husband David of Sneads Ferry, NC, Wendy F. Castelow and husband Bruce of Hobbsville, NC and Stacy D. Fulcher of Newport News, VA; sixteen nieces and six nephews.

The family will be hosting a gathering of friends at family at the residence on Saturday, September 28, 21013 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Twiford Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel, 405 E.
