Mamie Williams

Mamie Williams, 66, of Frisco, NC, died Sunday, January 20, 2013, at her residence. A lifelong resident of Hatteras Island, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Daisy Gaskins and the spouse of Donnie Williams Sr. She was a very loving mother to her three children.

Including her husband, she is survived by her son, Donnie Williams Jr. and wife Susan, of Cary, NC; her daughters, Vanniesa Jones and husband Ricky, of Frisco, and Lynette Williams of Frisco; her sister, Jane Rollinson and husband Gerald, of Elizabeth City; her grandchildren, Aaron Williams, Kayleeann Jones, Austin Jones, and her great-granddaughter Harley.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 26, at Little Grove United Methodist Church in Frisco, with the Reverends Dwight Burrus, and Ken Davenport officiating. Burial will follow at the Barnett cemetery.
