    Joe and Family,
    Eventhough we all did not want to let her go, I think the closing words of a Tennyson poem was so applicable to Meade’s life.

    And may there be no sadness of farewell When I embark;
    For tho’ from out our bourne of time and place
    the flood may bear me far,
    I hope to see my Pilot face to face
    when I have crost the bar.”

    I was deeply saddened by the passing of Mrs. Lamb. I have many fond memories of the coutless hours spent at the Lamb household. It was always non-stop activity. However, Mrs. Lamb could keep us in line, never with a harsh word. She will be missed.
