Camilla McPherson Hull, a native and life-long resident of Elizabeth City, passed away Sunday, July 27th at Sentara Heart Pavillion in Norfolk, Va, from a sudden illness. Camilla was born March 4, 1927 to James Edward “Capt. Eddie” McPherson and Louvinia Cartwright McPherson. She was the widow of Russell Maughan Hull, Sr. and mother of three children: Maughan, Dee and Mitch. Howard Eugene Norville passed away peacefully in his home, July 28, 2014. Howard was born March 17, 1931 in Rocky Mount, NC son of the late Herbert Norville and of the late Mattie Smith Norville.
