Nellie Outlaw Shaddeau, 86, of 700 Poplar Branch Road, Grandy, NC died Thursday, June 5, 2014 at her home.  Born June 21, 1927 to the late Winton Jacob and Eva Beasley Outlaw, she was a life-long resident of Poplar Branch, NC. Now a well-known establishment for antiques, gifts, and jewelry, the store has served Cape Hatteras residents and visitors for over 43 years.
