Sawicki and Helen Rotter Sawicki and the widow of Quentin E. Ferrell. She was a retired Head Nurse Anesthetist at Virginia Beach General Hospital, a U.S. Navy Veteran, a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Rosary Alter Society.
