Wanda Bea Gray Yanello, 54, formerly from Danville, VA went to Heaven on Saturday, June 10, 2017 in Maple, NC. Wanda was born on March 1, 1963 to Phillip Maynard Gray of Wanchese and Hazel Hudgins Maculewich of Maple, NC. She was the widow of the late Scott Wildemuth. Wanda retired her wings as a Flight Attendant and began working as a Quality Inspector at the Goodyear plant in Danville, VA. She loved to travel the world, read books, help the homeless feline community and go fishing with her two Dads!
She is survived by her parents, stepfather Stanley Maculewich; daughters, Crystal King and Heather King; granddaughters, Madison and Lorelei (Maddie and Lola to their Gammie) all of Dallas, TX; sisters, Delena Ostrander (Lars), Brenda Fluke, Connie Gray and Karen Collins (Tony); many friends and her loving extended family.
A Celebration of her Life will be held Friday, June 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Twiford Memorial Chapel. A private family graveside service will follow. Family and friends will gather at the home of Hazel and Stan Maculewich, 106 Delena Lane, Maple, NC. Twiford Funeral Home, 405 E. Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC is assisting the family.
