Dear Tony and Family,
Your Papa’s old co-worker’s send you our deepest sympathy.
We first met and worked with him at St. Juliens Creek Base in Portsmouth back in 1999. It was myself, Essex Watson and Dave Sheldon. That’s where we first met you also. We will never forget the World Map you drew for us on that huge whiteboard. Your Papa was so proud of you. We had a lot of good times and good lunches with him. Essex and I were fortunate enough to have a few lunches together with him in Chesapeake last year.
We know how much he loved his family and we know how greatly he will be missed. He was a good friend and a great guy. He fought the good fight and passes on a good legacy. Cherish the memories and may the Lord bless and comfort your family.

To all of Bill’s family: I haven’t seen Bill since we were kids, but remember him fondly. Sorry to hear of his death. I’m sure he was a good father and grandfather. He was a great cousin to me and my brothers. My condolences and blessings to all.
We haven’t seen Bill for many years but can remember when he was a little boy especially in Island Lake, Il. Sorry for your loss.
I remember my cousin Bill from my childhood. Of course he was Billy to me. When I heard he went into the Navy I was proud to know he would be good at whatever he did. I often asked family if they have heard from him. I’m sorry for all of your loss. My prayers are with you.
