Andrew Mason Berry, 50, of Manteo, NC died on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at his home.
Born in Belhaven, NC on February 14, 1972, he was the son of Rita Berry Ballance of Manteo and the late Jimmy Webster Berry.
An avid bow hunter and bass angler, Andrew fished every day in the boat built by his father. He worked as a commercial fisherman and hunting guide.
In addition to his mother, Andrew is survived by his children whom he adored, Paige Berry and Mason Berry; brother, Stephen Berry (Lucy); nephews, Dylan and Luke Berry; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Twiford Colony Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist in funeral expenses.

I am so sorry to hear the news of Andrew’s passing. I met Andrew through his dad during stays at Off Island. Andrew was a darn good fisherman and he used to take me and some of my friends out to catch trout, puppy drum, flounder, etc. I remember what a kind person he was. He knew the sound very well and had some great fishing holes. I know Andrew will be missed and I pray for peace for his children, his mother, his brother, etc. I know Andrew is with his dad in heaven, probably fishing or deer
hunting. I am glad those two are reunited.
