Barbara Ann Heath Judd, age 62, of 800 New Hope Road, Hertford, NC died Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at her home. She was born in Panama City, FL on July 6, 1957 to the late David Heath, Sr. and Theola Sellers Sermons and was the wife of Michael Anthony Judd of the home. Barbara worked as an administrative assistant and was a Christian Woman, a four time inspirational author, and founder of Mission Critical 4 Jesus – Lifestyle.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Kimesha Mosely of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister, Cassandra Jordan (Walter) of Jacksonville, FL; a brother, Bobby Heath, Sr. of Jacksonville, FL; and four grandchildren, A’Shun Mosley, Elijah Mosely, Kimesha Mosely, and La’Mont Mosely. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Vononda Faye Heath and Shenita L. Heath; and a brother, David Heath, Jr.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Twiford Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held at a later date in Jacksonville, FL.
