My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I will miss our weekly conversation mostly of faith and family.. She truly loved and was proud you all. She was so independent and often could be quit stubborn ..(i know you’ll find this hard to believe , haha) These qualities sure made her personality shine .. so we will all miss someone who has made such and inpact on so many lives.. God Bless your family with comfort and peace…
Tammy Hoffman

I just want to express my sincere condolences to the family of Barbara Jean. Many of us from the 1952 Central High School graduating class had been with Barbara Jean since first grade. Under her picture, in the 1952 Breaker, was written this poem: “Blonde, blue-eyes, Singer-of-songs is she, Beautiful and lovely for all to see.” How true, and in addition to her talents and good looks she was chosen “Most likely to succeed”.
From all the 42 who are left of the 1952 graduating class, may God bless Barbara Jean’s family, and may she rest in peace.

Condolence from Robert Evans on January 11th, 2022 7:38 pm

Mike and Family, I was sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. Some of my fondest memories are visiting you guys while I was staying with my Grandma Margret and Daddy Bill. Remember playing in the pool till we were wrinkled and just having a great time there. I don’t think I ever saw your mom without a smile on her face. She will be missed by all that know her. Your NY cousin Robert, or as Lee would say Wobert.
