Carol Ann Green, 58 of Elizabeth City, NC died Friday, May 6, 2022 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center. She was born August 24, 1963 in Contra Costa County, CA to the late Buck Giffin and Claudia Marie Laymon Brown and was the wife of Lorne Edward Green. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Nichole Blagriff of Culpeper, VA; three sisters, Vicki Racey, Claudia Guidotti, and Anita Moon; three brothers, Darrel Brown, Don Brown, and Tim Brown; and a grandson, Eli Blagriff of Culpeper, VA. She was predeceased by a son, Joshua Nathaniel Green; and two brothers, Everett “Buddy” Brown and Fred William Giffin.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Elizabeth City Chief Petty Officer’s Club. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, 930-B Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
