We are all very saddened by the loss of a very dear friend and co-worker. David was a very special friend who was always there when someone needed help. He loved his family, friends and job, just ask the residents. He was the maintenance supervisor but he also loved the activities: cookouts, fishing and cooking breakfast. There are just not enough words to describe what a wonderful person David was. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers, please let us know if there is anything we can do.

Sheila, my deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. I thought I lot of David as he was working at
Winslow when my Father and Mother were both at Winslow many years ago and recently for a short time
when my husband, Butch Pursell, was in Winslow. David and Butch both passed away on the same day,
March 21, 2015. We both are going through a loss right now but it is a comfort to know the love of God,
family and friends. I pray for God to give us both strength and most of all peace.
In sympathy & prayers,

Very sorry for your loss. I went to middle/ high school with David and would see him every now and then. I would ride my bike on Ulster Drive and if he was out -David would always take the time to say hello and talk – Over the years we talked about his garden and horses and of course his family. The last time I saw David was on Halloween he enjoyed bringing all the kids over on his trailer pulled by his golf cart with all those wonderful lights attached to it. David always had a big smile on his face– having a good time with all the children ( I will miss that greatly)-He did that every year that I can remember always would speak to him at that time. He was a joyous person and I will miss him deeply. I will continue to pray for you as I remember what it was like to loss a dad so young. My thoughts and prayers-

My heart is heavy and saddened over your loss of David, a very kind and devoted son, husband and father. His service yesterday was deeply touching and hearfelt. I wish we could’ve spent more time together over the years, as we always said we would… but the days & weeks & years flew by too quickly with the “busyness” of life… I know you have many wonderful memories to provide comfort during this difficult time and the strength of a loving family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Sending our love, Sheida & Nick
