Almost immediately Frank and I became good friends. Not long after he was family. Always ready and willing to offer help, rarely asking for any for himself. He will always be remembered as a kind soul and a southern gentleman. I know thoughts of him will always bring a smile. I will truly miss him. My thoughts are with you now.

My buddy and I had a lot of history. I was honored to call Franklin family. He will be missed and remembered for the remainder of my time on this earth. There is huge hole in my life right now and I’m not sure how to fill it. He touched a lot of lives up and down the east coast some that will never be the same. I was glade to be a part of the services and honored and privileged to say same kind words about one of the closest people in my life. Words cant express the sorrow I feel for his family and those he was close to. They broke the mold when he was made. Look forward to seeing you in due time my friend. Bye buddy

Frank Ivey, It was sad to hear of your passing. My father told me about it the other day and while your name sounded familiar, I couldn’t remember your face. I found you on FB today, just looking around, but as soon as I saw your profile picture, I remembered you. I remembered baseball season and school. It has been a long time but 37 years is too soon. I hope that you lived it well, with good friends, and a loving family. I am praying for them, and you. I pray that you knew Jesus and that some day, I’ll see you again. So long Frank, Wesley.
