I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a great guy and always welcomed me like one of the family. I won’t ever forget his sense of humor and looked up to the loving relationship he had with you, Margaret. Much love and big hugs to the whole family and his many friends.

No one person at the Norfolk Corps of Engineers left a greater legacy than Jim Walsh. As Assistant Chief of Engineering, Jim did the selection and hiring of a generation of Engineers and Technicians that designed many of the recognizable projects that serve the military and people of this region. He interviewed me in Dec 1980 and gave me a chance. I will be forever grateful to Jim Walsh.
My condolences to his Family.

Dear Aunt Peggy, I will always remember Uncle Jin’s humor and wit. I am thinking of all you and sending my love and condolences. Sincerely, Eileen
