Jessica Twiford

Jessica Tade Twiford, Office Manager, is a native of Elizabeth City, NC. She is married to David Halstead Twiford, Jr. and has two step-children, Ragen Whitney Twiford and Spencer Linwood Twiford. Jessica graduated from Pasquotank County High School in 2004 then Elizabeth City State University in 2008, where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry. She currently lives in Manteo and is a member of Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church.
