John Wiggins Boseman, 73, of Camden, NC passed away at Sentara Virginia Beach Hospital on Monday, October 29, 2018. Born in Camden on August 1, 1945 to the late Raymond and Mary Wiggins Boseman, he was the husband of Suzanne Seeley Boseman of the home. John was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and was a member of the choir. He was an avid supporter of Ducks Unlimited, loved hunting and fishing, and was a Mason. He worked at North Carolina Department of Transportation as a surveyor.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Vickie B. Harris (Terry) of Roper, NC, Linda B. Sawyer of Elizabeth City, NC, and Beth B. Tadlock (Milton) of Elizabeth City; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a nephew, Rusty Boseman of MN. He was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Boseman.
A memorial service will be held Friday, November 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Royal officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Fellowship Hall and at other times at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to Shiloh Baptist Church, P. O.
