Condolence from Reid Hinson on January 14th, 2022 1:57 pm

Joe was a wonderful man and a very intelligent stamp collector. I knew him and worked with him in the Outer Banks Stamp Club. Joe would always share a stamp or cover with fellow collectors if he didn’t need it for his prized collection of International Wright Brothers covers. We’ve missed Joe. He leaves a wonderful legacy of his knowledge with all the collectors who were fortunate to know him. Reid Hinson
