Kaleb Mathais Bilger, age 20, of Millbrooke Circle, Elizabeth City, NC passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020. Born in Chesapeake, VA on December 30, 1999, he was the son of Julius Timothy Miller and Melissa Dawn Bilger. Kaleb loved designer clothes and was a collector of shoes. He was a very creative young man and was a risk taker with a huge heart, always wanting to help others.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Juliana Miller, and her mom, Ricki Rose; brother, Kai Miller; maternal grandparents, Richard and Linda Bilger; paternal grandmother, Annie Hughes Smith, and paternal grandfather, Wilford Miller; his girlfriend, Samantha Walker; godmother, Kendra Pierce; uncle, Rick Bilger (Danielle) and their children, Emily, Layla and Ricky; aunt, Lavanda Hughes; great aunts, Lola Hughes Scales and Jean Brothers (Adam); great uncle, Larry Hughes; close cousins, Carl Scales, Akysha Scales, Ronnie Hughes, Corey Matthews, Stephan Reid, Malik Scales, and Mariah Scales; his best friends who were like brothers, Hassan, Hasheem, and Khalid Harper; and a host of other extended family and friends.
A service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2020, at Twiford Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Bryan Pease. Burial will be at West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
