Ms. Kathy was a wonderful, caring person. I met her through Facebook. Then, again when she picked up Pancake & Sausage at the Forestburg Ruritan Club I use to belong too. Her love of her children and grandchildren were always shared with her Facebook friends. Kathy was an encourager. This encouragement gave us hope. She was full of love. Her smile and words were contagious. Rest In Peace my friend

My family has so many memories of her! She was a kind woman who could sneak a joke in on you to make you laugh when you least expected it.
Kathy, you will be missed by so many whose lives you touched. I am proud to have called you my friend.

I never met Kathy personally. She asked to friend me on FaceBook. I was a little hesitant , but it was one of the smartest decision I have made. I have thoroughly enjoyed her post & her encouragement to me over the short time I have know her. I will certainly miss her most encouraging words & the beautiful post she always put up. I’m sure a lot of the time I’m sure she didn’t feel like posting them but she did it because she cared about people & helping them. She truly had a heart for people & helping them in anyway that she could. She will receive her crown of life. My sincere sympathy to all of her family.

Kathy’s grandmother and my grandmother
(Dice Nixon ) were neighbors and friends in Rocky Hock many years ago. As a young child I remember fun times playing in the yard with Kathy and her siblings.
She always had a smile and a great personality to match!
