Nina Marlene Moore, 62, of Elizabeth City, NC died Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at her residence. She was born April 14, 1960, in Toledo, OH to the late Richard Bruce Boyer and Audrey Ballance Hanks of Orange Park, FL. She was a homemaker and a member of City Road United Methodist Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Courtney Brainard and husband Andrew of Elizabeth City, NC; two sons, Chris Tinsley and wife Shelly of VA, and Daniel Tinsley and wife Diane of NC; a sister, Cindy Hunnicutt; a brother, Bruce Moore; sixteen grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.
