Charlene and Sandra, I feel like we have been in each other’s friends most of our lives ! My grandparents use to play cards with your parents. I can remember going to your house and Buster being there and your mama telling Buster to call the dog pound looking for Brandy and sure enough that’s where she would be! I always enjoyed going there and visiting with them ! An angel got his wings! I will miss “Ray Ray” singing and laughter he loved life and he spoke his mind and he made me laugh
with some of the things he would say my heart is heavy now and he will be missed, but I know he is in a better place. Zebulon Rehab Center won’t be the same without him.

Mr. Ray you Missed at Zebulon Rehab. Now you are Singing in God’s Heavenly Choir. Rest On In Jesus Name.

Condolence from Rachel Rice on May 30th, 2020 9:04 pm

My sweet Uncle Buster, we miss you so much. I can’t say enough good things about you. You were a sweet and loving man, with a kind and gentle spirit. You lived for the Lord, you were humble. You also loved making people laugh, and your smile lit up many lives. You didn’t complain, ever. There is such a void in our lives right now, but we know you are free of suffering and pain that this world holds. You are singing and playing guitar with all of the angels and praising the Lord as you did here on Earth. You’re enjoying Bojangles sausage and egg biscuits, Pepsi, black coffee, and endless amounts of chocolate goodies. I hope there’s a motorcycle up there you can enjoy too, though I’m sure whatever is there is even better than we could ever imagine. While we are sad now, we know that all of us are “merely a vapor” (James 4:14), and we will soon join you in paradise with Jesus. Until then, keep them laughing, I know you will. We love you so much!
