Tony Dammon Silverthorne, 34, of Kitty Hawk, NC died on Thursday, June 11, 2015. Born in Elizabeth City, he was the son of Iris Partridge Silverthorne of Kitty Hawk and the late Cecil Norman Silverthorne. He enjoyed fishing with his son, Zeke.
Along with his mother, Tony is survived by his son, Ezekiel “Zeke” Norman Silverthorne of Kitty Hawk; an aunt, Willene Simpson of Kill Devil Hills; and several cousins. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by an aunt, Genes Faye Beasley.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Austin Cemetery on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11:00am.
